Key Holding
Our key holders are trained in line with BS7984. Mobile units are tasked with responding to both fire and intruder alarm activations; within set timescales. Our officers will access buildings and may assist the emergency services if they attend and will record events on a reporting platform easily accessible to clients and which can be evidenced with photographic images and GPRS tracking. As part of the key holding services we provide, officers will attend void sites and sites that require checking out of hours. Officers will escalate breaches, move on undesirables, travellers and youths accordingly. Other duties may involve the locking or unlocking of premises according to client requirements.
